About

John S. Sohre developed the grounding brush in the late 1960's to address the failures in turbine driven turbocompressors from electromagnetic stray currents. Under new leadership since December, 2019, Shaft Current Solutions was established alongside Sohre to provide on site services to evaluate and mitigate shaft current issues. Shaft Current Solutions is also the development branch for monitoring systems for rotating equipment.
